South African singer Belinda Davids, will be bringing her Whitney Houston tribute show, The Greatest Love of All, to Durban and Cape Town this December! This comes after Davids performed the show at the Joburg Theatre in July. Here’s everything you need to know…

BELINDA DAVIDS’ MUSIC CAREER
Belinda Davids performed on Britain’s Got Talent season 14 in 2020. The talented singer sang Whitney Houston’s I Have Nothing and received a standing ovation from the entire theatre including judge Simon Cowell.
The Gqeberha-born singer has taken her Whitney Houston tribute show, The Greatest Love of All, across the globe, performing in countries like the United States, Ireland, Wales, Singapore and more.
In a 2018 interview with SowetanLive, Davids said she performs in the colours Whitney liked wearing on stage.
“I wear her legendary curls because that’s what she wore for most of her career and we have seven costume changes in the show to mimic her style on stage.”
‘THE GREATEST LOVE OF ALL’ RETURNS TO CPT AND DURBAN
As per IOL, Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Davids has not performed in Cape Town and Durban since 2019 and 2017 respectively.
The Whitney Houston tribute artist will be taking her Greatest Love of All show to Cape Town at the Grand Arena for one night only on 3 December. Davids will perform in Durban at The Globe from 27 December to 29 December.
Fans can expect to hear some of the greatest songs by Whitney Houston, including I Will Always Love You, I Wanna Dance With Somebody, How Will I Know, I Have Nothing and I’m Every Woman.

Tickets to see The Greatest Love of All in Cape Town range from R290 to R390 each. Tickets for the Durban shows range from R150 each.
