IMPACT-BASED WARNINGS
A. Yellow Level 1 Warning: For Damaging Winds resulting in blowing of loose debris, difficult driving conditions for small motor and high-sided vehicles and risk of veld fires is expected over the central and western parts of Free State, west and south-west of North-West, eastern and north-eastern parts of Northern Cape and northern interior of Eastern Cape.
FIRE DANGER WARNINGS:
Extreme high fire danger conditions are expected over north-eastern parts of Northern Cape, North-West, Free State, north-eastern parts of Eastern Cape as well as Blouberg and Lephalele Local Municipalities of Limpopo province.

Temperature: Fine and warm.

Mpumalanga
Temperature: Fine and warm but hot in the Lowveld.
Limpopo
Temperature: Fine and warm to hot.
North West
Temperature: Fine in the north-east, otherwise partly cloudy, windy and warm to hot.
Free State
Temperature: Partly cloudy, windy and warm
Northern Cape
Temperature: Partly cloudy in the south and east, otherwise fine and cool to warm.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be Light and variable becoming moderate southerly to south-easterly from the afternoon.
Western Cape
Temperature: Cloudy to partly cloudy and cold to cool.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be Light and variable east of Witsand and north of Cape Columbine becoming moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly towards the end of the period, otherwise moderate to fresh northerly to north-westerly becoming westerly to south-westerly from the evening.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.
Eastern Cape
The Western half: Cloudy at first, otherwise partly cloudy and cool.
The Western half – The wind along the coast will be light south-easterly, becoming moderate south-westerly in the evening.
The Eastern half: Cloudy in places south of escarpment at first with light rain along the coast and adjacent interior, otherwise partly and cool.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate north-easterly.
KwaZulu-Natal
Temperature: Cloudy with morning fog patches in places over the interior and rain in the east. It will become partly cloudy and warm to hot in the afternoon.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh northerly to north-easterly becoming moderate westerly to south-westerly in places in the south by afternoon.
