IMPACT-BASED WARNINGS
A. Yellow level 4 warning: Wind leading to difficulty in navigation at sea is expected between Table Bay and Plettenberg Bay.
B. Yellow level 2 warning: Waves resulting in localised disruption of small harbours and ports for a short period is expected between Alexander Bay and East London
FIRE DANGER WARNINGS:
Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the Mafube Local Municipalities of the Free State, Rustenburg Local Municipalities of the North-West and the interior of the Eastern Cape extending to the south-east coast.

Gauteng
Temperature: Fine and warm.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Very High.
Mpumalanga
Temperature: Fine and warm but hot in the Lowveld.
Limpopo
Temperature: Fine and warm to hot but very hot in the north-east.
North West
Temperature: Fine and warm to hot.
Free State
Temperature: Fine, windy and cool to warm.
Northern Cape
Temperature: Fine becoming partly cloudy and cold to cool, it will be warm in the east. It will be windy over the southern interior.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate northerly to north-westerly.
Western Cape
Temperature: Partly cloudy and cold with isolated to scattered showers and rain over the south-western parts spreading to the southern parts from mid-morning, otherwise partly and cool.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong westerly to south-westerly reaching gale between Cape Agulhas and Stillbaai spreading to Plettenberg Bay by late morning while moderating in the afternoon. It will become light and variable along the south-westcoast towards the end of the period.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.
Eastern Cape
The Western half: Cloudy along the coast with isolated showers an rain at first, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to cold.
The Western half – The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong south-westerly.
The Eastern half: Fine and cool to cold, become cloudy with light rain along the northern part of the wild coast in the evening.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be Fresh to strong south-westerly
KwaZulu-Natal
Temperature: Fine and warm, becoming partly cloudy from the east in the afternoon with isolated evening showers and rain in the south-east.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be Gentle northerly to north-westerly, becoming moderate to fresh southerly to south-westerly from the south from late afternoon
