IMPACT-BASED WARNINGS
A. Yellow Level 1 warning for Damaging Waves resulting in difficulty in navigation at sea is expected between Plettenberg Bay and Richards Bay in the morning.
FIRE DANGER WARNINGS:
A. Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the Kgatelopele LM of Northern Cape, and Greater Taung, Mamusa LMs of the North West.

Gauteng
Temperature: Partly cloudy becoming fine and warm.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Extreme.
Mpumalanga
Temperature: Cloudy with morning drizzle and fog patches along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm. It will become fine in the afternoon.
Limpopo
Temperature: Cloudy and cool to warm with morning drizzle and fog patches along the escarpment. It will become fine in the afternoon.
North West
Temperature: Partly cloudy in the east at first, otherwise fine and warm, but hot in the north-west.
Free State
Temperature: Morning fog patches in the east, otherwise fine and cool to warm.
Northern Cape
Temperature: Cool along the coast and adjacent interior, otherwise fine and warm, but hot in the extreme north.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong southerly to south-easterly.
Western Cape
Temperature: Cold to cool along the south and south-west coasts where it will be cloudy at first, otherwise fine and cool to warm over the interior.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh westerly to north-westerly but southerly to south-easterly in the extreme west.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.
Eastern Cape
The Western half: Fine and warm, but partly cloudy and cool along the coast and adjacent interior. It will become cloudy in the south-east in the evening.
The Western half – The wind along the coast will be light north-westerly, becoming moderate to fresh south-westerly from late morning
The Eastern half: Morning fog patches in places in the east, otherwise fine and warm, but cool north of the escarpment.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be light north-westerly early morning, otherwise moderate to fresh north-easterly, becoming south-westerly in the south from the evening.
KwaZulu-Natal
Temperature: Morning fog over the interior, otherwise cloudy and warm becoming fine in the afternoon.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be light south-easterly to easterly in the morning, otherwise moderate to fresh north-easterly becoming strong in the afternoon.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Very High.
