Yellow level 2 for Disruptive rain resulting in localised flooding of susceptible formal/informal settlements or roads, low-lying areas and bridges in the escarpment and Highveld of Mpumalanga, the eastern parts of Free State, the north-western parts of the KwaZulu-Natal, the southern coast and adjacent interior of the KwaZulu-Natal as well as the north-eastern coast and adjacent interior of the Eastern Cape.

Gauteng:
Temperature: Cloudy and cold but cool in the north with scattered showers and thundershowers.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.
Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Warm in the Lowveld, otherwise cloudy and cold to cool with scattered to widespread showers and thundershowers.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Cloudy in the south, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm with scattered afternoon thundershowers, but widespread in the south-east.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Cloudy in the east, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm, with scattered showers and thundershowers, but isolated in the west.
Free State:
Temperature: Cloudy and cold to cool with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the west where it will be partly cloudy with Morning fog patches.
Northern Cape:
Temperature: Morning fog patches in the extreme east and along the coast, otherwise fine and cool to warm, but partly cloudy in the east with isolated showers and thundershowers in the extreme north-east.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate southerly to south-easterly becoming fresh to strong from the afternoon.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Morning fog patches in the north-west, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly but easterly to north-easterly along the south coast.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Very High.
Eastern Cape:
The Western half – Partly cloudy and cool.
The Western half -Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north-easterly becoming fresh easterly by afternoon.
The Eastern half -Cloudy and cool with scattered showers and thundershowers but widespread along the Wild coast and adjacent interior.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be Light to moderate easterly.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Cloudy and cool with scattered showers and thundershowers but widespread along the south coast and over north-western parts.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate southerly to south-south-easterly.
