The Passport Index has revealed that the South African passport now has access to 59 countries visa-free, up from 50 at the beginning of 2022.

The Passport Index offers a look at global rankings where users can explore visa-free scores and updates. Users can also see which countries offer visa on arrival and visa before arrival.
Of course, this data is ever-changing due to the ongoing pandemic. Travellers are advised to check current regulations or the Passport Index for any changes.
