The most tattooed senior citizen (male) is Charles “Chuck” Helmke (USA), who has 97.5% of his body tattooed, as verified in Melbourne, Florida, USA, on 9 December 2016.
At the time of approval, Chuck also holds the record for the most skulls tattooed on the body.
