The body modifications (married couple) is 91, and was achieved by Gabriela Peralta (Uruguay) and Victor Hugo Peralta (Argentina), as verified on the set of Lo Show Dei Record, in Milan, Italy, on 13 February 2023.
The pair are already the holders of this title but have added 7 further modifications.
