IMPACT-BASED WARNINGS
A. Yellow Level 1 Warning for Damaging Waves is expected between Cape Point and Port Alfred, subsiding west of Plettenberg Bay in the afternoon resulting in localised disruption of beachfront activities and small vessels at risk of taking on water and capsizing.
FIRE DANGER WARNINGS:
A. Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over John Taolo Gaetsewe District Municipality of the Northern Cape, Moses Kotane Local Municipality of the North-West, Thabazimbi, Mookgopong, Mgoalakwena and Lepele Nkumpi Local Municipalities of Limpopo province as well as Phongolo Local Municipality of KwaZulu-Natal.

Free State
Temperature: Fine and warm.
Northern Cape
Temperature: Cloudy to partly cloudy along the coast with morning fog, otherwise fine and warm but cool in the south.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be light southerly becoming south-westerly in the afternoon.
Western Cape
Temperature: Cloudy and cold to cool in the west and south with isolated light rain in the morning, otherwise partly cloudy to sunny.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh westerly to north-westerly, but strong along the south-west coast in the afternoon.

Eastern Cape
The Western half: Cloudy in places in the morning, otherwise fine and cool to warm, but partly cloudy with isolated light rain along the coast in the morning.
The Western half – The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north-westerly at first, otherwise fresh to strong south-westerly, moderating in the evening.
The Eastern half: Partly cloudy and warm in places, otherwise fine and cool, but cloudy with fog and drizzle in places south of the escarpment in the morning and evening.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong south-westerly, becoming light to moderate north-easterly at night.
KwaZulu-Natal
Temperature: Fine and warm but hot in the north-west. It will become cloudy in the east in the afternoon where isolated showers are expected.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-easterly at first, otherwise south-westerly.
