The most fermented herring eaten in one minute is 392.7 grams (13.85 oz), and was achieved by Sune Valentin Norlin (Sweden) in Malmö, Sweden, on 30 September 2022.
The event was organised by World Domination AB on behalf of the Museum of Disgusting Foods in Malmö, Sweden.
