The largest foot rotation (female) is 171.4 degrees and was achieved by Kelsey Grubb (USA) in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, on 05 October 2022.
Kelsey mentioned that she didn’t realize it was abnormal for a foot to turn that far. She grew up figure skating and had gotten used to being around people who were particularly flexible.
