IMPACT-BASED WARNINGS:
A. An orange level 5 warning for disruptive rain leading to flooding of settlements and roads, major disruption of traffic flow due to major roads being flooded or closed, as well as damage to property and infrastructure can be expected over the most parts of Limpopo and eastern parts of Mpumalanga.
B. A yellow Level 2 warning for disruptive rain leading to localised flooding of susceptible settlements or roads, major roads affected with increased travel time as well as minor motor vehicles due to slippery roads can be expected over Gauteng, Limpopo and Mpumalanga.
FIRE DANGER WARNINGS:
Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the north-western parts of the Northern Cape, as well as the Beaufort West Municipality of the Western Cape.

Temperature: Cloudy to partly cloudy and cool to warm with scattered showers and thundershowers.

Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers but cloudy and hot with widespread showers and thundershowers in the Lowveld.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Cloudy and warm to hot with widespread showers and thundershowers but scattered in the south-west.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers, but isolated in the west where it will be partly cloudy and hot.
Free State:
Temperature: Cloudy and cool with scattered showers and thundershowers, but isolated in the west where it will be partly cloudy and warm.
Northern Cape:
Temperature: Morning fog along the coast, otherwise fine and warm to hot but very hot in places in the east.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Cloudy with fog along the coastal areas in the morning, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot but cool along the south coast. Evening isolated showers and rain are expected along the south coast.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly.

Eastern Cape:
The Western half – Cloudy in places at first, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated thundershowers in the north but rain and showers along the coast and adjacent interior.
The Western half -Wind: The wind along the coast will be Moderate to fresh south-easterly, becoming north easterly in the afternoon.The wind along the coast will be light to moderate easterly becoming south-easterly from late morning.
The Eastern half -Cloudy with morning fog, otherwise fine and warm but hot in the west. It will become cloudy to partly cloudy with isolated showers and thundershowers from the afternoon.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north-easterly to easterly.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Morning fog, otherwise cloudy to partly cloudy and warm but hot in places in the north-east with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered in the south-west.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate easterly to north-easterly becoming fresh in the afternoon.
