SA National parks to see infrastructure upgrade

Some of South Africa’s stunning national parks are set to receive infrastructure and maintenance upgrades in the near future.

According to Tourism Update, the South African Department of Tourism is investing in destination enhancement and route development initiatives to help ensure diverse tourism offerings as well as enhance the visitor experience within these parks.

The Department has allocated R120 million in funding for these maintenance programmes set to take place in several South African National Parks (SANParks) properties across the country.
