According to Businesstech, the development will offer a man-made beach, including a three-hectare Crystal Lagoon. The unveiling is expected to happen in 2028.
The report confirmed that Johannesburg won’t be the first city in Gauteng to offer this innovation. Balwin Properties already has a clearwater lagoon in Blyde, Tshwane East.
