Who doesn’t love a birthday freebie? Here are three awesome things SA citizens can do in Johannesburg for free on their birthday!
What’s free: Gold Reef City Theme park offers birthday boys and girls a free entry ticket on the day of their birthday. You will be able to enjoy over 50 rides and attractions for absolutely free, and it’s open to all ages! The free entry ticket should be used on the day of your birthday, but should your birthday fall on a day the park is closed, you can visit the Park only on the Sunday closest to your birthday.
How to book: No prior online booking is required for the birthday person if you are visiting on the day of your birthday. However, if you’re visiting with friends or family, online bookings for them still apply. Don’t forget to bring along proof of identification!

The friend accompanying the child needs to be under 15 years of age.
How to book: Registrations are free and need to be made here, a minimum of two weeks prior to the child’s birthday in order to qualify for the free vouchers.
