What: The South African Astronomical Observatory (SAAO) in Cape Town will be hosting their bi-monthly open night and it’s free for all to attend. The Open Night includes a presentation on topics of astronomy or physics as well as an introduction to the historic McClean telescope, the observatory museum and the library. What: The well-loved fairy tale of Hansel and Gretel gets the ballet treatment this weekend in Cape Town and it’s perfect for the whole family. The show will take place in three acts and be pereformed by the Bellville Dance Academy. Tickets cost R150 per person and can be booked here.
