WATCH: Lion coalition confronted by a hyena clan [VIDEO]

In this latest animal sighting, a young male lion coalition was confronted by a hyena clan.

According to the Maasai Sighting, this sighting occurred at Maasai Mara.

Hyenas and lions cover the same ground, hunt the same prey, and scavenge the same remains of animals. Consequently, they steal food from each other, chase each other, and even kill their young. In this sighting, the young male lion coalition ran into a hyena den, and the hyenas ran to defend their tuff from unbothered-looking male lions.
