Gauteng:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Extreme.

Mpumalanga:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm to hot with scattered showers and thundershowers, but isolated in the Lowveld.

Limpopo:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated showers and thundershowers, but scattered in the south.

North-West Province:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and hot, with isolated showers and thundershowers in the east. It will be windy in the west.

Free State:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm to hot, with isolated showers and thundershowers in the east. It will be windy in the west.

Northern Cape:

Temperature: Fine, windy and warm to hot.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong southerly to south-easterly.

Western Cape:

Temperature: Fine in places in the west, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm, becoming cloudy with showers and thundershowers in the east from the afternoon.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Extreme.

Eastern Cape:

The Western half – Partly cloudy and cool to warm. It will be cloudy in places along coast with light rain.

The Western half -Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate south-easterly.

The Eastern half -Partly cloudy and cool, but cloudy in places south of escarpment with isolated showers and rain.

The Eastern halfWind: The wind along the coast will be moderate north-easterly at first, becoming easterly by late morning.

Kwazulu-Natal:

Temperature: Morning fog patches in places over the interior, otherwise cloudy and warm but hot in places in the north. Isolated showers and thundershowers are expected.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate easterly to north-easterly.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.
