Gauteng:

Temperature: Fine and cool.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Very High.

Mpumalanga:

Temperature: Partly cloudy in the east with morning fog and drizzle along the northern escarpment where it will be cold, otherwise fine and cool to warm.

Limpopo:

Temperature: Partly cloudy in the east with morning fog and drizzle along the escarpment, otherwise fine and cool to warm.

North-West Province:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and cool to warm.

Free State:

Temperature: Morning fog patches in the east, otherwise partly cloudy and cold to cool.

Northern Cape:

Temperature: Fine and cool to warm but partly cloudy and cold in the south-east.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly

Western Cape:

Temperature: Partly cloudy with isolated showers and rain in the south-west but cloudy along the south-west coast with scattered rain and showers, otherwise fine and cool.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-westerly becoming strong south of Cape Point in the afternoon spreading along the south coast during the evening.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Low

Eastern Cape:

The Western half – Fine and cool, but partly cloudy and cold in places.

The Western half -Wind: The wind along the coast will be Light to moderate north-westerly, but south-westerly during the afternoon.

The Eastern half -Morning frost and fog patches in places over the interior, otherwise fine and cold, but partly cloudy and cool in places.

The Eastern half -The wind along the coast will be Light to moderate north-westerly, but light and variable from the afternoon, becoming north-easterly in the evening.

Kwazulu-Natal:

Temperature: Morning fog over the western interior, otherwise fine and cool, but cold over the south-western parts.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be gentle southerly to south-easterly, becoming easterly to north-easterly in the afternoon.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.
