WEATHER: Isolated showers and RAIN expected in KwaZulu-Natal

Gauteng

Temperature: Fine and cool becoming partly cloudy by the afternoon

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.

Mpumalanga

Temperature: Fine in the morning, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm, becoming cloudy along the escarpment in the afternoon where evening drizzle can be expected.

Limpopo

Temperature: Fine and cool to warm, becoming partly cloudy in the east in the afternoon.

North West

Temperature: Fine and cool to warm.

Free State

Temperature: Partly cloudy in the east in the morning, otherwise fine and cool but cold in the extreme east

Northern Cape

Temperature: Cloudy to partly cloudy in the south-eastern parts at first, otherwise fine and cool to warm.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh southerly becoming strong in the afternoon

Western Cape

Temperature: Partly cloudy in the east and along the south coast in the morning, otherwise fine and cool but warm in places over the West Coast District interior.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong easterly to south-easterly becoming moderate in the west from late afternoon.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.

Eastern Cape

The Western half: Cloudy and cool with morning isolated showers and rain along the coast and adjacent interior. It will become partly cloudy in the afternoon.

The Western half – The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong easterly to northeasterly

The Eastern half: Cloudy and cool with isolated showers and rain along the coast and adjacent interior.

The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-easterly becoming north-easterly by afternoon.

KwaZulu-Natal

Temperature: Cloudy and cool but cold in the south-western high grounds. Isolated showers are expected along the coast and adjacent interior.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate south-westerly.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.
