Gauteng

Temperature: Fine and cool.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Extreme.

Mpumalanga

Temperature: Morning fog patches along the escarpment, otherwise fine and cool but warm in the Lowveld.

Limpopo

Temperature: Fine and cool to warm.

North West

Temperature: Fine and cool to warm.

Free State

Temperature: Fine and cool.

Northern Cape

Temperature: Morning fog along the coast, otherwise fine and cool to warm.

Wind: The wind along coast will be moderate southerly.

Western Cape

Temperature: Cloudy with fog along the coast and the north eastern interior in the morning and the evening, otherwise fine and cool to warm.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be light north-easterly in the south in the morning, becoming south-westerly in the evening, otherwise moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.

Eastern Cape

The Western half: Cloudy with fog in the morning, otherwise fine and cool to warm, but partly cloudy in the south-east during the afternoon.

The Western half – The wind along the coast will be light north-westerly, becoming moderate to fresh north-easterly from late morning.

The Eastern half: Cloudy with fog in places south of the escarpment in the morning and again at night, otherwise fine and cool but partly cloudy along the coast during the afternoon.

The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north-westerly, becoming moderate to fresh north-easterly from the afternoon.

KwaZulu-Natal

Temperature: Fine and cool but warm in places. It will become partly cloudy in the east by evening.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be Moderate to fresh north-easterly, becoming moderate southerly to south-easterly in the afternoon.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.
