Exciting! Trevor Noah confirms SA dates for 2023 comedy tour

Award-winning comedian and television host Trevor Noah will be returning to South Africa in 2023 for 12 comedy shows! Taking to Twitter on Monday 26 September, The Daily Show host expressed that he is excited to come back to Mzansi for an amazing time.

TREVOR NOAH RETURNS TO SOUTH AFRICA

The South African-born comedian last performed in South Africa in 2018 for his Nationwild comedy special. Nearly five years later, Noah is set to return to Mzansi in August and September 2023 for 12 shows. The talented comedian will be performing in Durban, Cape Town and Pretoria.

In a tweet on 26 September, the 38-year-old shared that he has teamed up with popular cider Savanna for the comedy tour. Tickets for the shows go on sale from Tuesday 27 September at 09:00. 

“Can’t wait to come home!!” he wrote. 

TWEEPS CAN’T WAIT

Reacting to Trevor Noah’s announcement, South Africans were certainly pleased that the comedian would be returning to Mzansi for a few shows. 

“Finally, thank you Trevor,” wrote one tweep. 

“I can’t believe Savanna got Trevor to finally come back and give us 12 shows,” wrote another tweep. 

“I better not miss this one.”

  • 12 September 2023: SunBet Arena, Pretoria
  • 13 September 2023: SunBet Arena, Pretoria

  • 15 September 2023: SunBet Arena, Pretoria

Tickets for his 2023 comedy shows in South Africa are set to go on sale on Tuesday 27 September at 09:00.
