With the summer holiday peak season soon approaching, the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway has launched a new premium Fast Track ticket service to keep up with the influx of visitors.

The service means that waiting around in long queues to access the cableway could be a thing of the past.

What is the Fast Track service and how much does it cost?

December will likely see the return of the international traveller to South Africa, and in preparation, the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway has implemented a service that allows the tourist (international or local) to purchase a fast track ticket which will permit them faster access to rides up and down Table Mountain.

It does come at a price, however. Fast Track tickets will cost you R600 per return trip in the off season and R800 during peak season, which runs from 16 December 2021 to 5 January 2022.

Tickets can be purchased online or at their ticket office in Tafelberg Road.
