Sthembiso Dlamini, CEO of Gauteng Tourism Authority, declared that the campaign will do well to promote key attractions and unique experiences to help drive the point that the province is certainly a destination of choice for quality leisure and business events, as well as a preferred spot for creative arts and competitive sports. The Gauteng Tourism Authority also recently hosted the launch of the #RooftopGP experience at Rooftop BBQ in Sandton on 10 February 10.
“With this platform, we hope to implement a dedicated marketing drive that leverages our urban city vibe positioning and its related activities by packaging these rooftops into must-experience offerings that can be added into our travel trade partners’ itineraries. As the GTA, we are amplifying our targeted sales approach that engenders an impact-driven approach to our marketing and promotional efforts,” Dlamini said.
