The tallest parsley plant is 2.45 m (8 ft .4 in), and was achieved by Tina Klein (Canada) in Camrose, Alberta, Canada, on 5 September 2017.
Tina grew the record-breaking parsley after purchasing it at a local greenhouse. The plant started at just 5 cm (2 in) tall, but rapidly grew and had to be replanted multiple times before reaching its full height of 2.45 metres.
