Guinness World Records: Tallest living steer

The tallest living steer is Tommy (USA), who measured 1.87 m (6 ft 1 in), in Cheshire, Massachusetts, USA, on 11 December 2022.

Tommy – a 13 year old Brown Swiss steer – is owned by Fred Balawender (USA), who has loved and cared for him since he was rescued at just two days old.

Fred (78) has been a farmer as well as a volunteer fireman for over 50 years in his town of Cheshire, Massachusetts.
