Guinness World Records: Shortest dog living

The shortest dog living is Pearl (USA), who measures 9.14 cm (3.59 in), as verified in Orlando, Florida, USA, on 23 August 2022.

Pearl is a two year-old Chihuahua and relative of the previous record-holder Milly, who measured 9.65 cm (3.80 in) tall on 21 February 2013.
