Ronaldo surpassed Kuwati striker Bader Al-Mutawa’s record of 196 international appearances on 23 March 2023 and has now achieved an updated total of 200 following a 1-0 victory against Iceland at Reykjavik’s Laugardalsvollur stadium on 20 June 2023.
