Guinness World Records: First person to reach 1 million followers on Threads

The first person to reach 1 million followers on Threads is MrBeast (USA), on 6 July 2023.

This record was achieved at 14:42 (BST) / 9:42 (EST), one day after the launching of Threads, a social media platform owned by Meta.

James Stephen Donaldson (b. May 7, 1998), better known as MrBeast, is an American Youtuber and philanthropist, recognized for creating a genre of videos on Youtube that focuses on extravagant and expensive challenges. He also holds the Guinness World Records title for most subscribers for an Individual male on YouTube.
