Guinness World Records: Fastest time to eat 50 Carolina Reaper chili peppers

The fastest time to eat 50 Carolina Reaper chili peppers is 6 min 49.20 sec and was achieved by Mike Jack (Canada) in London, Ontario, Canada, on 5 November 2022.

Mike decided to break this Guinness World Record title to push himself to see how far he could take his pepper-eating abilities. He has previously achieved Guinness World Record titles for speed-eating a head of lettuce and Bhut Jolokia chili peppers.

After completing this record attempt, Mike ate 135 peppers in one sitting!
