Double winners: R100m and R50m won in the PowerBall and PowerBall PLUS draws

The PowerBall and PowerBall PLUS jackpots for the draw on Tuesday night, 16 November were a total guaranteed R150 million.

The jackpots reached their staggering total after multiple rollovers. A pair of lucky winners are the nation’s newest multimillionaires.

One winner struck gold, winning R100 million in the PB draw, and another person won R50 million in the supplementary PB PLUS.

In the R100 million draw, four people matched five numbers but could not correctly guess the elusive PB number. At the opposite end, more than 158 000 people only matched the PB number.
