What’s on? Exciting events in Johannesburg this weekend

Looking for something exciting to do this weekend? Here are some really cool events happening in Johannesburg from 24 to 26 February 2023.

Speed Dating at The Playground Market

What: Still want to celebrate the month of love? Then be sure to check out this fun speed dating session at The Playground Market this weekend. You will have 10 minutes with each partner and be given queue cards with questions to help you spark conversation. Tickets cost R200 per person and include two cocktails. Book here.

Galantines Sip & Paint

What: While February is still here, celebrate love and sisterhood with a Galantine’s Day Sip & Paint event this weekend. Enjoy a glass of wine while you paint a masterpiece. There will even be express neck and shoulder massages and some live entertainment. Tickets cost R50 per person and can be booked here.

When: Saturday, 25 February 2023, from 12:00 to 16:00

Where: Newtown Junction Mall, 100 Carr St, Newtown, Johannesburg.

Stravaganza at Montecasino, Johannesburg

What: Teatro Montecasino is currently hosting Stravaganza, the show that has it all – including SA’s leading singers, stage performers, specialty acts and dancers. Catch the likes of Lady Zamar, Majozi, some daring aerial acrobats and many many more. Tickets cost R130 per person and can be booked here.

When: Runs on Thursdays and Fridays until 3 March 2023
