What’s on? Exciting events in Cape Town this weekend

Looking for something exciting to do this weekend? Here are some really cool events happening in Cape Town from 7 to 10 April 2023.

Gin & Tonic Festival

What: Love yourself a Gin and Tonic? Well, gin-superfans won’t want to miss this one! The Cape Town Gin & Tonic Festival will be taking place on Easter Friday this year and will offer fresh new gins, top entertainers, DJ’s and some of Cape Town’s most colourful street foods to enjoy.

When: Friday, 7 April 2023, from 11:00 to 17:00

Where: The Old Biscuit Mill, 375 Albert Rd, Woodstock, Cape Town.

Tuff Nutterz Inflatable maze in Cape Town

What: Want to play in a giant inflatable maze? In what promises to be epic Easter fun for the whole family to enjoy, the Tuff Nutterz 300m-long, supersized inflatable maze is coming to the Mother city and is packed with 30 fun and challenging obstacles to complete, including huge slides, climbing walls, hanging rails, balancing balls and more.

Tickets cost R190 per person and can be booked here.

When: Runs from Thursday, 6 April toTuesday, 11 April 2023.

Where: Westerford, Imhoff Sports Complex, Alcis Road, Newlands.

Groove with Mango Groove in Hermanus

What: Come check out legendary South African Afropop band, Mango Groove, live in Hermanus this Easter weekend. The concert will be a comfy picnic style concert, so bring a blanket and a picnic basket with. All proceeds go to charity.

When: Saturday, 8 April 2023 from 17:00

Where: Curro Hermanus, Sand Bay, Hermanus, Western Cape.
