The Backstreet Boys landed in the Mother City this past weekend and their first official stop was at Cape Town Stadium where they watched the Stormers play on Saturday.
The popular boyband is in the republic as part of their DNA World Tour where they are scheduled to perform two shows at GrandWest, Grand Arena on Tuesday and Wednesday before they head to Pretoria for another two shows on Friday and Saturday.

But before they hit the grounding running with their own on-stage performances, the boyband enjoyed a show of a different kind when they watched the Stormers perform rugby magic in their URC semi-final against Connacht.
The 47,000-strong crowd in attendance erupted when the group popped up on the big screen during a break in play followed by confirmation from the stadium announcer that it was indeed the boyband that people are seeing.

One of the band members, Nick Carter, also hiked up to Signal Hill, where he enjoyed picture perfect views of the ocean.
“Starting to venture out in Cape Town, South Africa. Stay tuned to my Instagram for pictures and videos of this beautiful city. #adventure #traveling #BackstreetBoys,” Carter tweeted on Sunday afternoon.
