Spot over 50 species of wildlife, including rare white rhino, antelope and impala.

Bakone Malapa Northern Sotho Open-Air Museum

Why you should visit: The Bakone Malapa Northern Sotho Open-Air Museum showcases the history and culture of the Northern Sotho clan, the Bakone. Often just referred to as “the Bakone Malapa Museum”, the cultural museum consists of two traditional homesteads that give visitors insight into the daily lives and traditions of the Bakone people. Take a tour and learn how fire and beer is made, as well as, how maize is ground and crafts are made.

Polokwane Art Museum

Why you should visit: For the art lover, Polokwane Art Museum, is a must-see during your visit to the area. The museum showcases over 1 000 pieces of artwork ranging from painting, sculpture, ceramics and photography, with a specific focus on Limpopo and its culture.
