Situated in the picturesque Soutpansberg in the Limpopo province, this quiet breakaway from the city offers you the amazing opportunity to learn about and embrace the colourful Venda culture.

Mashovela Bush Lodge has been carefully designed to make you feel as though you are living in a beautiful Venda village with ethnic patterns. This is even reflected in the way in which the units are set up.

Accommodation

Each unit of the lodge is decorated with traditional African prints and is laid out to resemble a little village. All units are fully equipped for your self-catering needs.

There are a few different accommodation types:

Superior chalet (Honeymoon chalet);
Standard chalet; and
Three budget chalets.

All chalet types can sleep a maximum of two adults and two children.

There is a host of activities on offer at the lodge, all curated to celebrate and create awareness of the Venda culture:

Guided walking tours;
Free unguided walks;
Venda land tour; and
